Safeguarding Ambassadors

At Drapers Mills, the safety and wellbeing of every pupil is at the heart of what we do. Our Safeguarding Ambassadors are a dedicated group of trained pupils who help promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment across the school.

Working alongside safeguarding team, the ambassadors:

• Encourage pupils to speak up about worries or concerns

• Promote kindness, inclusion, and positive behaviour

• Help raise awareness of safeguarding through campaigns and assemblies

• Model safe and responsible behaviour online and in school

• Ensure every child knows who they can talk to if they need help

Our ambassadors play an important role in making sure every child feels heard, supported, and safe. Together, we are building a school community where everyone can thrive. Our safeguarding ambassadors wear a pink safeguarding badge so they can be easily identified by other pupils.
